What the podiatrist says: the high quality gel does an excellent job of protecting this often very sensitive area of the foot. The difficult thing with bunion pads is to find something effective, yet thin enough, I feel the epitact pad fulfil this very well! The long lasting nature means more time of being protected and a longer period before calluses reform. More expensive than some, but excellent value.
