Peacocks Medical Group are able to offer our NHS partners opportunity to our 24/7 support line outwith our normal customer service times of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Whilst that be our online portal for clinical support or our Out of Hours telephone support line our clinical team are on hand to deal with any queries that may arise.
All out of hours queries are logged and recorded within our customer portal to ensure full visibilty to all our NHS partners with regards to any support issues.
